Welcome to Quirkie Byrdie Studio! By accessing and using www.quirkiebyrdiestudio.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of This Site
This Site is intended to provide information about Quirkie Byrdie Studio’s design services, work, and offerings. All content, including text, images, graphics, branding, and other materials, is the property of Quirkie Byrdie Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
2. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, logos, artwork, and branding materials created by Quirkie Byrdie Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio until paid for in full. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Proposals & Estimates
For client work, a signed agreement is required to begin any project. In some cases, a deposit may be requested at the discretion of Quirkie Byrdie Studio. Payment terms, schedules, and expectations will be clearly outlined in your proposal or scope of work (SOW).
All proposals and scopes of work are considered estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final costs may adjust based on additional project hours, changes in scope, or client requests outside the original agreement. Any changes will be communicated before billing.
Late or missed payments may result in project delays or a pause in services until the account is current.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in your proposal or agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final approval is required before files are delivered or launched.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of design work, all payments are non-refundable. If a project is terminated by the client before completion, any payments made up to that point are retained to cover time and resources spent.
6. Third-Party Tools & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Quirkie Byrdie Studio is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party providers.
7. Website Use & Conduct
You agree not to use this Site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
